13-14 September 2025: flowers, nature and bicycles in the splendid setting of Val Belluna
.On Saturday 13 and Sunday 14 September, the picturesque municipality of Soverzene will host the National Meeting of Flowery Municipalities, two days dedicated to greenery, beauty, tourism, creativity and sustainability, with conferences, workshops, activities for children and opportunities for discussion between municipalities, experts and citizens.

The Meeting is a special opportunity to talk about quality of life, well-kept and welcoming towns, but also about the environment and sustainable lifestyles, and above all, it is a perfect occasion to discover the Santa Croce lake by bicycle.
FIAB Belluno will lead a bike ride open to everyone to promote cycle tourism. The 48 km round trip route runs along the cycle path that leads to the Santa Croce Lake, in the beautiful landscape of the Alpago basin. Departure from Soverzene at 10:00 a.m. and, after a relaxing break at the lake to eat something on your own, return to Soverzene in the early afternoon.
Other side activities on Saturday 13th, organised in collaboration with the Pro Loco of Longarone and the Cultural Circle of Soverzene, include a visit to the “A. Gaggia” hydroelectric power station and a visit to the Vajont dam and the monumental cemetery of the victims.
