On Saturday 23 March, at 10 a.m., the Santa Giustina cycle path was inaugurated in the open space next to Santa Giustina train station. Among the many authorities who participated, there were the Mayor of Santa Giustina Ivan Minella, the President of the Belluno Dolomites National Park Ennio Vigne and the President of the Fondo Comuni Confinanti Dario Bond. Numerous cyclists and citizens attended the ceremony. The large group of FIAB Belluno was appreciated for its suggested improvements to the route and for its role promoting the development of cycling tourism in the Belluna Valley. The works along the cycle path (the station crossing, the footbridge over the Veses, the footbridge over the Salmenega, the subway at Gravazze and the access roundabout to the station square) now guarantee continuity and safety to this fundamental part of the Val Belluna Ring.
